Reading these examples

Are these real guest conversations?

These are rewritten examples inspired by guest questions, with fictional property details. They are not transcripts. Actual wording can vary. Try questions about your own property before sharing guest access.

What if a detail is missing from the guide?

If the guide lists nearby luggage storage but not whether its fee is included in the stay, letbloom says it doesn’t have that information. A missing detail alone does not automatically notify the manager.

What if the guest declines or gives an unclear reply?

A refusal cancels the pending request. An unclear reply does not send an alert: the pending offer is cancelled and the new message is processed. Even an initial request to speak to the manager needs a later confirmation before it is forwarded.

What if the manager has already agreed?

A relevant, explicit manager decision in the conversation can supply the approval. letbloom can answer from that decision instead of asking for approval again. The late-checkout example above starts with no such decision recorded.
